Payment/Booking/Cancellation rules for up to 2 rooms for a maximum of 2 nights:
In connection with your booking, a card number is required to guarantee the booking. That card will not be charged in advance, but payment is made upon arrival. If a card number cannot be provided, we reserve us the right to cancel the booking.
If you need to cancel/rebook your booking please do so no less than 7 days before your arrival date. If the cancellation/rebooking is made less than 7 days before your arrival date we reserve the right to debit the entire sum (if no other arrangement has been made in writing). If you fail to turn up on your arrival date the total cost of your booking will also be debited.
Payment/Booking/Cancellation rules with CANCELLATION INSURANCE for up to 2 rooms for a maximum of 2 nights:
Free cancellation or rebooking up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival (no later than 15.00 the day before arrival) the cost of the cancellation insurance will be charged. If canceled or rebooked later than 24 hours before arrival, a full charge will be charged. If you fail to turn up on your arrival date the total cost of your booking will also be debited. The cancellation insurance only applies in our regular rooms (not Glamping) and applies per room.
Payment/Booking/Cancellation rules for 3-5 rooms and/or more than 2 nights in a row:
In connection with your booking, a card number is required to guarantee the booking. If a card number cannot be provided, we reserve us the right to cancel the booking. Payment is made via pre invoice 30 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel/rebook your booking please do so no less than 20 days before your arrival date. If your cancellation/rebooking is made less than 20 days before your arrival we reserve the right to debit the entire amount (if no other arrangement has been made in writing). If you fail to turn up on your arrival date the total cost of your booking will also be debited.
Payment/Booking/Cancellation rules with CANCELLATION INSURANCE for 3-5 rooms and/or more than 2 nights in a row:
Free cancellation or rebooking up to 20 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or rebooking up to 14 days before arrival the cost of the cancellation insurance will be charged. If canceled or rebooked later than 14 days before arrival, a full charge will be charged. If you fail to turn up on your arrival date the total cost of your booking will also be debited. The cancellation insurance only applies in our regular rooms (not Glamping) and applies per room.
Payment/Booking/Cancellation rules for 6 rooms or more:
In connection with your booking, a card number is required to guarantee the booking. If a card number cannot be provided, we reserve us the right to cancel the booking. Payment is made via pre invoice 40 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel/rebook your booking please do so no less than 30 days before your arrival date. If your cancellation/rebooking is made less than 30 days before your arrival we reserve the right to debit the entire amount (if no other arrangement has been made in writing). If you fail to turn up on your arrival date the total cost of your booking will also be debited.
Minimum age:
The hotel and dining room have a minimum age of 18 years old.
Stay with a dog:
Contact us and we will help you with your booking!
Dogs are welcome in two of our rooms and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
We do not charge any extra cost for staying with a dog with us but should there be any damage to furnishings or property, the costs will be charged. If we need to compensate other guests for being disturbed by e.g. a dog barking in the room, that cost will also be charged.
Dogs are also welcome in our public areas but it is important that it works with other dogs (if there should be any here) so that there is continued peace and quiet for other guests.
If we have guests who are allergic so that there cannot be dogs in the public areas, we will ask you to have the dog in the room, and then of course it is important that your dog can be alone in the room without causing problems.
Own alcohol:
Any alcohol you bring with you may only be consumed in your room/glamping tent. All other areas are regarded as the hotel’s serving areas, according to Swedish licensing laws.
Your personal safety:
Please read the information in the folder in your room. The fire extinguisher installed in your room is white with black text. There is no lifeguard, so all swimming and use of the sauna is at your own risk. Walk carefully, certain areas can get slippery.
Smoking:
All rooms as well as the glamping tents are no smoking. That also goes for the outdoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. Please don’t throw snuff pouches away outside. A cleaning fee from 5000 SEK will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room/tent.
Pool:
It is mandatory to shower before using our pool. Use the gray bath towels at the pool/sauna, please think about the environment and do not use more than necessary. In the event of unforeseen events and maintenance we may be forced to keep the pool closed.
Cleaning:
Daily cleaning of your room/tent is included.
Forgotten items:
If you suspect that you have forgotten something with us, contact us at info@sundnergarden.se. State what it is that has been left behind, which name the booking was made in and which date you stayed with us. We save forgotten items for one month. Sund Nergården is not responsible for items left behind.
Forgotten items can be picked up from us by arrangement. We will of course be happy to help send it to you as well. Costs for postage and any other overheads may be added.
Storage of valuables and luggage in your hotel room/glamping tent or in reception:
Your valuables can be kept in your room/tent’s lockable safe. The hotel can look after your luggage in reception. Don’t leave any valuables in your luggage unattended. The hotel is not responsible for possessions left in the hotel room/glamping tent or the luggage room.
Gift certificates:
Our gift certificates are paid for and sent out digitally. After your payment has been verified a gift card will be sent to you via email. The gift certificate is a valuable document and is used as a payment method when you stay with us. Unfortunately, lost gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. When you buy a gift certificate you have a 7 day cooling off period. The gift certificate’s value, minus an administrative fee of 250 SEK, will be repaid to you during that period. Please contact us for returns and payment. Our gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Our gift certificates can be used as payment for both accommodation and in our restaurant.
